4 out of 5 eggsThey Work

Pros: It does what its suppose to do. Picture looks good

Cons: Will not work with more then 2 displays. Its a passive adapter and for 2+ you need active adapters

Other Thoughts: Hopefully people know the difference between Passive and active adapters as I diddnt when i purchased this!

1 out of 5 eggsSatisfactory while it worked

Pros: Cheap. This thing was, at the time, the absolute cheapest Mini DVI to DVI adaptor on Newegg, and it was a third of the price of the Apple branded one. Build quality seemed a little substandard, but it wasn't falling apart in my hands.

Cons: After 7 months of ownership, this thing has started creating some REALLY obnoxious artifacts in my display. Blue or red "snow" interspersed with the image is common, and I have to wiggle the cable to get them to stop. Sometimes the connection just fails, defaulting my monitor to a black screen, and other times I get a screen of nothing but rainbow "snow" on screen. At this point, if the adaptor isn't held exactly in a certain position, then I risk being unable to see what's going on in game at any moment.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy this. I feel like I wasted my money. I should have bought one of the more expensive competitor products.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks just fine.

Pros: I got a pair of these to connect extra monitors to my HD6870, so far I haven't had any trouble.

Cons: They feel very light, but hasn't caused an issue.

Pros: none

Cons: I don't want to say cheap price = cheap quality, but next time I will think about more quality than everything,
