Pros: This is a small form factor adapter that doesn't take up a lot of room in the case. The auto-sensing voltage level is great when switching between laptops. Nice LED readout of the volatage level. USB power port on the wall wart is just icing on the cake.

Cons: The sockets on the tips can be inserted incorrectly if not careful, but if installed the right way make a secure connection.

Other Thoughts: I bought a few universal supplies and this is my favorite, despite the connection style of the tips.

Pros: Works awesome with the costumers computer.

Cons: We were under the belief that this doesn't include a power cord but it does. So we spent a extra 4 dollars we didn't have to. No big deal just trying to tell other people that it does in fact come with one.

Pros: Fit my Dell inspiron 1440 notebook with one of the provided adapters. Doesn't get overly hot. Works as a great replacement to the oem cord at half the cost!

Cons: Voltage detector changes upon installation of different adapter tip and doesn't change when plugged into the device. If you want to call that a con, really negligible.

Other Thoughts: Overall after about a weak, it works fine and powers my laptop. I'll put the extra tip adapters away in a desk drawer.
