Pros: Allowed me to connect and additional monitor to my Optiplex 780 without adding a card

Cons: Can only get windows 7 to support 1024x768 and 800x600 screen resolutions. Really expected it to support the 1280x1024 native resolution of the Dell E197FP monitor
