This cable extends the connection from the PC sound card, portable CD player or any mini-stereo audio device with 3.5mm jacks to a multimedia speaker.

The cable features two 29 AWG stranded conductors and a drain wire, which are tinned to resist oxidation.

The conductors and drain wire are wrapped with an aluminum foil shield to resist noise and prevent unwanted EMI/RFI interference.

Fully molded nickel-plated connectors provide strain relief, and are color-coded PC-99 to match a computer speaker jack.

This review is from: C2G 27410 25 ft. 3.5mm M/F Stereo Audio Extension Cable M-F Pros: More reliable than lower-end wireless headphones, Inexpensive Cons: Little less practical than wireless headphones Other Thoughts: While it may not be as practical as wireless headphones, it is a lot cheaper and more reliable than most basic wireless headphones. I use this cable for my TV and connect earbuds to it so I can comfortably listen when my air conditioner, fan or heater is running. It works great and I have not had any problems so far.
