So have zero to list. Cons: Once again not sure of any, Other then the fact the only paperwork you initially recieve is on your shipping invioce from Newegg "This item is serviced by the SeaGate. Please call 800 -732-4283 for service." Other Thoughts: Only reason I got this is it was in a promo deal where i got it free.
