5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for SP120 PWM

Pros: I bought two of these to use with 10 Corsair SP120 PWM edition fans. It is known that these fans are picky with split PWM signals, but all fans work just as expected with these cables.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Quality is good, and they are cheap for what they accomplish. Who needs a fan controller?

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great, just what I needed

Pros: Lots of connections, nice braided wire covers, does what it says it will do.

Cons: None - works great.

Other Thoughts: Make sure that you plug a fan into the connection with all fours pins in it if you want the fan speed to be controlled.

All fans will run at the same speed, which is fine in my application. A simple splitter like this will always run all of the fans at the same speed - you can only send one speed feedback to the motherboard out of the set, and that's the connection with all four pins in it.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks perfectly

Pros: Controls up to 5 fans from a single fan header, with 12V power supplied from a Molex. Simplifies radiator multi-fan setups.

Also useful if you only have a single variable speed fan header, and you want other fans slaved to the CPU fan's PWM signal.

High quality product; all braided leads, heatshrink in all the right places, black connectors too!

Cons: No eggs off for any of this:

This will challenge your cable routing, especially if you are running leads to fans all over your case.

If you have a modular power supply, you will probably have to add another power line to get a Molex, or adapt a SATA power plug to Molex.

The fan leads could be marked; CPU-1-2-3-4. Otherwise someone might plug the CPU fan into the wrong lead and then the mobo will read 0rpm on the CPU fan, which will cause most motherboards to shriek in terror. --- Really this is common sense and was easy enough to figure out; the CPU fan plugs into the lead with 4 pins.

No tachometer leads for the other 4 fan leads. Again, very minor, but if you want to monitor individual fan performance, something needs to be done.

Other Thoughts: With my modular PSU, I was stuck adding a new line either way as my lone installed 3xSATA drive rail was already full.

It was easy enough to add a tach lead to the second fan so it would report it's speed on the other fan header.

Any spanner with the right tools would be able to make this and maybe even a tiny bit cheaper, but it definitely wouldn't look this good.

Let me say it again: the CPU fan plugs into the lead with 4 pins.

5 out of 5 eggsFan Power

Pros: The fans run smoothly, there is nothing specifically wrong with these connectors.

The connector was adequately long to place a number of 120MM fans in my case, and they all function properly, Hooray for cooling!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This cable works as prescribed.

1 out of 5 eggsPWM Doesn't Work

Pros: None

Cons: PWM doesn't work. End of story. Other people got theirs to work. IDK maybe the person that wired mine together did it wrong? All fans are PWM and mobo is PWM ready, and I got it to work with a simple Y split, but not this product. All fans run at full speed.
