2 out of 5 eggsThis is not DVI-D capable

Pros: Works fine for DVI-I uses (i.e., 1080p)

Cons: Does not work for DVI-D resolutions. (i.e., 2560x1600)

Other Thoughts: If you need DVI-D, you'll need to go with an active adapter (they are typically powered by usb, and are notably more expensive).
