Pros: Turns commonly found USB cords into Apple Lightning cables.

It charged my iPad before self-destructing...

Cons: Worked fine for the 1st few hours, then the back half of it melted while still plugged in.

Other Thoughts: Pricy little adapter considering one can buy a full cable for less than this adapter + a USB Micro cable.
