1 out of 5 eggsGood for two months

Pros: It will charge for two months, or until it frays at the connection and stops working on you

Cons: Well theres really nothing good about this product, I really can't think of anything worst then buying a cable and having it completely stop working two month after buying it

Other Thoughts: I feel cheated and not by newegg but by the manufacture. The cord that came with my iPhone lasted for well over a year, you know if Apple is beating someone in Quality then something is messed up

2 out of 5 eggsDid not last 6 months, would not buy again

Pros: Long length, reliable sync while it worked

Cons: Insulation started fraying after 2 months of light use. Tape wouldn't stop it. Should have returned it.

3 out of 5 eggsLasted about 7 months

Pros: Cheaper and longer than what Apple has available. MFi certified.

Cons: I bought two of these. One stopped working after 7 months; I can only assume the chip inside the connector fried or died somehow. The other one is still functional.

Other Thoughts: The one that's still working gets far less use than the broken one. Just be advised these cables only last about 6-9 months with regular everyday use.

1 out of 5 eggspoor quality

Pros: 6 foot long

Cons: separates where the wire meets the lightning connector.

Other Thoughts: I hardly used this cable, I am very disappointed. I doubt I will buy any Coboc products in the future.

I wish I could exchange it, but it's been past 60 days.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat cable! Until it died...

Pros: Works great, looks great, feels solid. Appears to be of high quality. I hope people don't post a positive review within the first week. The reviews would be miss leading since these seem to die after 2-3 months.

Cons: I bought two. One died very quickly. Cannot find warranty information anywhere. These do not last long. I would just buy an original. My Apple original is still working and I used it a lot more than I used this one. The second one is currently working but for how long? For the price of two, I could have purchased an Apple original or a five dollar one from China/fleaBay.

3 out of 5 eggsAwesome price, short life

Pros: 6 feet cord, I can plug it into my phone at night and still be able to use my phone while in bed (impossible with a 3 foot cord). Works with my iPhone 5 without any issues. Price isn't bad.

Initial quality looked good, but with a flaw...

Cons: I've had the cord for 5 months now and its used every night when I put my phone on to charge before bed. After its on the charge I like to use my phone for a short while to relax - whether its for reading or light web browsing. Regardless, the wiring is pulling out of the head of the cable connector, exposing frayed wires. The cable still works for now so that's good.

For the record, I don't yank on the cord when unplugging it from my phone. I pull gently at the connector itself. The damage to the cord looks like its from the cable being bent when using the phone while plugged in, even those the cable is never bent harshly.

My 3 foot cord supplied by Apple has held up longer than this and that cord kept getting yanked out of the phone really hard when I would shift in bed and the cable would always end up at nearly 90 degree angles at the connector head.

Other Thoughts: It's not a bad cable, but probably not a good idea to use the phone while its plugged in, since any bending at all might cause the wiring to become exposed and frayed at the head. With that in mind, I'll buy it again due to price and I'll just wait to plug my phone in until I'm totally done using it.

4 out of 5 eggs6 ft. MFi Certified black Apple 8-pin Lightning Connector to USB Cable

Pros: Giving this brand a try. My family goes threw the apple brand and the cheap china made knock offs very fast. Looking for something that can take everyday use and not fall apart after a couple of months.

So far so good with this one, but the jury is still out.

Cons: none so far.

Other Thoughts: Seems to be a well made cable. Nice think heavy jacketed cable, connectors look well made also.
