Cons: Worked for about 1 week, no issues on that end, then the screen that is using the cable is having issues detecting a signal from my card 100% of the time, about 25% of the time it actually detects it, the rest of the time it is just off. The card understands there is something connected to the card, but it is not transmitting the signal to the display,

Cons: Where to start. A 10 dollar cable with 100 dollar problems. How about the built in hooks that require a pliers to disconnect the cable, prying it out of your motherboard. What could go wrong here? Or the cable end where all the wires fell out of the plug without me even pulling on the wire.

Other Thoughts: I must admit that the monitor end of the cable did fit and was able to be connected and disconnected. The cable never did work for even a second but that may be a prob with the motherboard, although I suspect it is just the cable. What a piece of ...........

Pros: Cable works as expected, made well.. Bought this to hook my laptop with only displayport connectors to a monitor with DVI-D. Running 1920x1080 without an issue.

Cons: None I see.
