Can you turn this on and off when you want?

the light itself cannot be turned off unless you unplug it from the molex plug. The light itself is bright but also more of a light than LED's. I have since then purchased a NZXT LED strip and I use it now instead of this light.

It is more expensive but gives a way better look with the spread out bright LED's for more of a mood lighting instead of a plain light.

Question 2

how does this connect? I see some molex for connecting to a PSU directly, but can you connect it to the mainboard's 3/4 pin fan connection as well?

Hello Ben, Branson here. I received a couple of these a few weeks back. They came with adhesive patches on each end for you to attach where ever  in your case.  They also came with a tailed molex conection, which I attached via the molex connection coming from my PSU. When installing mine into my 900D, they were attached upright in the front two corners.  The adhesive patches that came with are terrible. I had a roll of 3M VHB clear double sided tape that I  I've used on other projects and cut them into square patches,  it works perfectly. Really enjoying these.

How do you change the colors? Remote? Button?

You can't change the colors. It's just solid white.

Question 4

Is it safe to plug both molex connectors into your PSU?

Or should you only use one?

Only one is nessecary. I have the male end plugged into a female from my psu. I'm assuming the other included molex is to connect multiple sticks together
