1 out of 5 eggsAvoid

Pros: The plugs fit ethernet sockets. They transmit data.

Cons: No quality control. I got half a dozen of them.. All I've used so far fail to work at gigabit speeds.

Other Thoughts: The cables are quite stiff, but I understand that this isn't atypical of Cat6a cables so I'll give them a pass on that. Sometimes they work ok if I fiddle with them/the connection to the switch and the computer, sometimes not. Most often only one of the leds on the switch lights up, indicating a less than optimal connection. There should be two lights. I haven't the patience to test them all and wait for them to fail or not. Will either cut them in half or give them to somebody with 100mbps networking gear. If you want Cat6a spec cable, these are not the ones to buy.

1 out of 5 eggsNeeds better QC

Pros: They're ethernet cables. Some of them.

Cons: Two out of five didn't work. If you need one, buy a couple or buy a more reliable brand. I won't be buying Kaybles brand again.

Other Thoughts: I purchased five of these cables. When they arrived, I replaced a working temporary cable with one of them and found that the new cable wouldn't make a gigabit connection (one green light on the Netgear switch instead of the expected two). Tried another. Same thing. The remaining ones worked as expected. At this price, it's not worth the hassle to send the bad ones back; will chop them in half and trash them.
