Cons: This may be just me, but I was disappointed to find that it DOES have a switch. (It's on the end with the cord.) I was hoping that it didn't have one, because switches are too easily bumped - especially by pets - causing things to turn off unexpectedly. And it only takes a very light touch to turn this one off. At least it's in a place that makes it less likely to be bumped, on the end and next to the cord. But it would be better IMHO if it didn't have a switch at all. Other Thoughts: The thin design makes it possible to fit this between a piece of furniture and a wall, keeping it out of sight. Did you find this review helpful? What else can you say about a Plain Jane power strip? Also, the power switch is slightly recessed on the side instead of the top, making it less likely to get bumped and accidentally turned off or on.. Cons: None really. Doesn't generate power for free? Other Thoughts: Most power strips on store shelves have 2, 3, or 6 foot cords. The 10' cord on this unit comes in handy for longer reaches, without needing an extension cord.
