Pros: Cheap

Cons: Ordered two adapters. Neither Adapter works correctly. The attached monitor works for a random time period and then goes blank as if disconnected from the computer, then I must restart the computer to make it work again. Used 3 different computers and 3 different monitors.

Pros: Could not see the difference between the following two adapters from the website, so ordered both to find out:
About $6 (free shipping) eForCity Model# 335960, Item# 0H0-000V-000H4, Newegg Item# 9SIA0PG0F31491

About $12 (including shipping) Insten Model# 675577, Newegg Item# N82E16812705109.
Both arrived in 2-3 days (thank you Newegg), and they seem to be EXACTLY IDENTICAL, so the difference in price must be due to different distribution channels and shipping routes from the OEM, to distributor(s), to finally Newegg warehouses, etc.
Both adapters are identical and work very well, as advertised. Just one is listed at about ~$6 and the other at about ~$12.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Unless if Newegg shipping department has made a mistake and sent the same adapter under 2 different names, which is highly unlikely, then both adapters (or should we say "this adapter, and itself!") are exactly identical, and both work very well and as advertised. Just one is listed at about ~$6 and the other at about ~$12, perhaps due to distribution and warehousing discrepancies.

Pros: great. worked perfectly, looks great worth the price, surprised apple can get away with charging upwards a $20 for this adapter.

Cons: none yet, brought it into work today and no trouble yet.
