Insten 675721 USB to Dual PS/2 Adapter

Pros: Looks pretty

Cons: Does not work. Wire broken? It looks like the outside shielding around the USB cable is cut at the center part.

Pros: It looks good, the connectors fit.

Cons: It does not work. --- I need to convert the PS/2 outputs from my KVM switch to a Dell Vostro 470 computer running Windows 7 PRO 64 bit, I thought this was exactly what I needed... it isn't. I even tried putting a new PS/2 keyboard and mouse together with this gizmo and plugging it into a USB port... the mouse worked, but not the keyboard.

Other Thoughts: None.

Pros: Works as it should. I can easily hot-swap mouse & keyboard from one computer to another with one usb plug.

Cons: ok, it's actually not that easy to screw around with cables between several computers, but this little adapter makes it easier until i can decide on a good kvm.
