1 out of 5 eggsContributed to fried drives

Pros: Pretty sure this splitter is the culprit that ultimately fried 2 hard drives attached to a SAS backplane.

Cons: Wish I didn't buy it in the first place.

Other Thoughts: 99% certain this splitter killed my drives. Luckily the RMA process worked, but replacing 2 brand new drives with 2 refurbished warranty replacement drives irks me. Beware when using this product.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic cooler! 15c drop on load!

Pros: This thing is huge!! And that means obvious chill... My idle temps are 35 which is down from 42. Load I'm 45 down from 60!
I know my results are not typical but my thought is because of my quad core utilizing more processes than avg results. This "could" be generating more heat and with a clunky stock cooler it couldn't keep up. There is so much surface area on this thing that you know it's going to work right out of the box.

During installation I did find that the fan was hitting one of my ram sets, but after reading the paperwork It states that you can move the fan up a bit too accommodate. Luckily I needed the fans flipped and this would make the ram set not a problem. The fans were easy to flip and I only had to move one pair of clips on a fan.
Overall I think this cpu cooler with all the accessories is great and the flexibility with it is top notch (I have to include the packaging was really nice as well).

Cons: I can't see anything as a con in my Antec DF-85 case... This thing looks awesome!

Other Thoughts: My installation was for an amd chip.
Looking at the angled screwdriver that they included (tools with your buy is pretty cool) I thought for a sec that I needed to use that special tool. After close examining I figured to just take out the fan... Duh!

5 out of 5 eggsDoes what I need it to.

Pros: Very high quality; cables are sleeved, provides enough power to my fans.

Cons: The Molex connectors aren't black, like the molex connectors on my power supply. But my computer is bad enough that I don't want to show off the inside ;)

Other Thoughts: Shipping should have been free, I bought this with a power supply that had free shipping, these things weight less than a pound.

5 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: Does what it says, splits one molex into 4. Pins inside molex connectors are centered and not cheap/flimsy.

Cons: None.

4 out of 5 eggsSplits out the power

Pros: Great way of increasing your molex power connectors.

Cons: The wiring needs some kind of strain relief where it exits the connectors, instead of solely relying on the pins to hold them in place.

Other Thoughts: I hate molex power connectors and they should be replaced by something easier to work with. I know this style of power connector has been around for a couple of decades, but a more compact and postively latching connector can't be that difficult.

5 out of 5 eggsRiffRaff

Pros: Great Product, works as described

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Great for if you need a few extra molex connections. I was nervous at first, purchasing something that had no reviews, but newegg always has great product and a good price.
