Pros: Gives Power.........But not Full

Cons: The Adapter simply doesnt give full power to the fan I hooked it up to.

The Fan by itself connected to the motherboard had full power!

Other Thoughts: I used this adapter to connect a 3 pin 92mm fan to the motherboard because it wouldnt reach by itself.
