Tested on multiple hardware that functions correctly with different adapters. Not faulty hardware that it's connected to, and not user error, product simply does not work. Other Thoughts: Also bought a mini-display port to HDMI cable from Nippon Labs that was faulty as well, completely did not work. Nippon Labs is 0/2 in providing me with a working product. Cons: If your diplayport is near other ports, you probably won't be able to plug everything in at the same time because they just won't physically fit. You're much better getting an adapter where the DVI end is separated from the displayport end by a connecting wire. 2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you?
