1 out of 5 eggsTwo Dead

Pros: None

Cons: Bought a VR and needed a new cable for all three monitors and VR plugged in at once. I had one plugged into one of my three monitors. It stopped working within the first week. Used the spare that I bought and that one was randomly making my screen flicker. Died after two weeks of use.

Other Thoughts: Would not recommend

1 out of 5 eggsNo longer working

Pros: Item works fine had no real issues with it. Basic DisplayPort cable

Cons: Stopped working after 5 months.

Other Thoughts: I might have just gotten the bad end of the stick with this one, but it stopped working after 5 months.. so I'm kind of annoyed.

1 out of 5 eggsSignal Loss Finally Identified Problem

Pros: 15 feet.

Cons: I have been struggling with monitor black-outs whenever I play a game with my GTX 970. At first it was only noticeable when I was using HDMI with DP, as it would black out about once every half hour. So my solution was to disconnect the HDMI. Because of that solution, and also because I tested the cable with my older GPU and it seemed fine, I was certain the GTX 970 was to blame. However, over time it began to happen with just the DP plugged in.

So, in order to trouble-shoot the problem, I decided to buy another OEM VESA compliant cable to test with. It turned out the monitor flickering went away with the new cable installed.

Other Thoughts: While I am happy to find out my GTX 970 is not faulty, I am upset that I purchased a faulty DP cable that gave me so many fits over the years.

1 out of 5 eggsTotal Garbage

Pros: The price? Thats about it.

Cons: Caused crashes when launching any game. I replaced 75% of the parts in my pc before I was able to trace the problem to this faulty cable. I have no idea how this cable was able to cause so much havoc but this is the last nippon labs cable I ever buy.

Other Thoughts: Total garbage. Spend the extra money on something that wont make you pull your hair out.

1 out of 5 eggsDidn't work for UHD

Pros: Probably works at 1080P but I didn't test that

Cons: I couldn't get a stable picture at 3440x1440 on a Dell U3415W driven by an Nvidia GTX 980 nor could we get this cable to lock with a GTX 780ti driving a UHD (4K) Samsung monitor. I could get a picture on the Dell but it would drop, then lock, then drop again.

I returned it for a refund. What good is Display Port if you can't run at resolutions beyond 1080P. May as well use HDMI...

1 out of 5 eggsBad cable....

Pros: Plenty of length, the cable ends fit snugly... OEM...

Cons: Didn't support the hertz my current monitor can display, flickers at times, didn't want to display the POST consistently while booting up the PC, ended up returning the cable for a refund...

Other Thoughts: Quality control maybe an issue, so be sure to check your cables when you receive this one to make sure there are no defects. I thought it was my monitor at first and then I switched to another display cable I had laying around and my monitor vastly improved!
