Cons: When I connected it & my iMac didn't recognize it I called Apple Tec Support to make sure that I hooked it up according to Apple's specs. (Of course there is only one way to connect it). The Tec Support walked me thru the process & determined that the new cable was not making contact in the ports. I had a bad cable! Did you find this review helpful?
