Pros: Great quality
Did what I needed it to do
I was able to mount my drives in a way that my stock PSU cables wouldnt allow which is a major plus!

Cons: None at all!

Pros: Extremely helpful when you need one.

Cons: Not the cheapest (but not expensive).

Other Thoughts: These little beauties are extremely helpful when refitting an older system with a limited molex-only PSU.
Definitely handy to keep a few of these around.
