Pros: - Solid construction, made of aluminum.
- Full 1080P resolution
- Great for office applications and other text/light graphic work
- Plays basic video just fine
- Easy installation

Cons: - Almost unnoticeable, but HD video can sometimes skip a frame

Other Thoughts: This device works great. I picked up a few and does it exactly what I need it to. I used it to replace another similar product, but this product actually has my monitor's resolution (my other one didn't support 1080P, so I had to pick a lesser resolution). Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to easily add extra monitors without all the hassle of buying a graphics card and installing that. Thanks j5.

Pros: Easy to install
Small, and easy to hide
inexpensive
robust (looks like it will last forever)

Cons: Will not remember any application opening on it (you always need to move from the primary display onto the secondary, then open a new window on the primary display.

Cannot be set to be the primary display

Other Thoughts: this is a very nice sturdy piece of equipment, but it does have some caveats to be aware of.
1. Boots in mirror mode, then switched to extended desktop after the usb driver loads
2. Can NEVER be the primary display in windows XP
3. Never seems to allow any applications to start up on the 2ndary display, they always start on the primary and have to be dragged onto the 2ndary one.

Pros: I bought about three stuff, try to split the vga to two. Never work out. But this one does! I can finally use two monitor buy my laptop. Great one!
