Phanteks PH-PWSPR_1P2M Power Splitter

The compact, cost-effective Phanteks PH-PWSPR_1P2M power splitter eliminates the need to use two power supplies for dual system configuration. Utilizing exclusive isolated dual system technology, it enables you to run two fully functional systems with only one power supply. This means you can have two individual system in one case independently of one another. Moreover, it’s built with anti-noise inrush protection circuit to ensure stable voltage signal and maximum inrush current protection.

Exclusive Isolated Dual System Technology

Using the Power Splitter, a dual system configuration can operate independently of one another. Powering ON/OFF on one system will not affect the other and vice versa. As long as one system is running the power supply will be fully operational until both systems are off.

Anti-noise Inrush Protection Circuit

The built-in anti-noise inrush protection circuit helps protect and stabilize the voltage signal level, and also enables the power supply’s various protection to prevent damage caused by inrush current surges.

Compact Design

Splits one PSU into two motherboards - Completely transparent. I haven't noticed any difference between this and using a PSU directly - Work well with the Phanteks drop and lock spot in the Mini XL - Stable, no glitches, works fine even with turning the computers on/off independently. Cons: - Cable management could be better. Cramped in the upper left of a Mini XL - Input sockets could be better. Particularly the motherboard connector socket seemed a little bit off Other Thoughts: Thought I had a dud at first because one computer would shutoff when the other started. It turns out the motherboard input socket is just very tight and needed reseating. Doesn't seem 100% thought through even though the Mini XL should be designed for it. Some right-angle extension cables would have helped. After a few rewiring passes everything works and the case doors shut without too much effort. The nice part is that the Mini XL conceals the wiring mess nicely. On a large modular PSU like the one I'm using, it's a bit of a mess to pack the splitter, all the large cables, and the power supply in the upper side of the back of the case. Minor issues though. Pros: - Only product I'm aware of that does this. Splits one PSU into two motherboards
- Completely transparent. I haven't noticed any difference between this and using a PSU directly
