Pros: The punch down points are color coated and numbered. Leaves very little room for error in matching the wires up to the punch down points.

Cons: The actual jack is slightly over-sized and you cannot get a snug fit when plugging in. Compounding this, the wire contacts within the jack are short and easily bendable. In turn, this causes you to constantly lose connectivity unless you're pressing up on the ethernet cable to force the contacts to meet. I would not recommend this product.

Other Thoughts: Since I didn't want to wait to RMA these jacks and then wait for new ones, I picked up Legend brand jacks at Lowe's, which were the same price and had a much snugger fit, together with longer wire contacts within the jack.
