Cons: The only bad thing about this board is I discovered that if you use a 5.1 speaker set the mic won't work (they use the same channel). Be aware of this if you find you suddenly can't use your mic to chat with anyone. I still can't find a way to make this work and can't use my PC at all for chatting or recording audio. Haven't had any concerns about speed at this point. Cons: The motherboard is very particular about what peripheral devices you have connected to it. I attempted to add a rosewill Wireless LAN PCI Card (Model no.: RNX-N150PCx) and was unable to do so successfully. The system powered on but the displays never came on. Additionally, I tried to add some additional RAM to the system to bring it to 32 GB. The existing RAM in the system is G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory. I wanted to add 2x8GB (16 GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM to it. Upon doing this, the system powered on successfully, but only detected 8 GB out of my total 32 GB of RAM. Removing the corsair vengeance RAM allowed it to detect the 16 GB that was in there in the first place Other Thoughts: A good choice if you plan on getting a system and doing nothing with it. Be very careful about the choice of peripherals with this motherboard. Check compatibility first before buying! If you are a system builder who plans on making changes to your build in the future, this motherboard is not recommended. Did you find this review helpful? Very fast and will run games well into the future. No dual card options and I wish it had more USB ports but no big deal since it has many USB 3. Whisper quiet with liquid cooling! Cons: None so far Other Thoughts: I did a lot of research. This is a great price performance setup. Handling everything I am throwing at it max settings. No problem.
