5 out of 5 eggsVery happy - would recommend

Pros: 1. Stable. One random BSOD right after completeing the build, but then not a single glitch running many hours a day for months now.
2. Good build quality / looks good
3. I like the bios. Haven't overclocked my 3770k yet, really haven't needed to, but nice to know how easy it will be when the extra speed is needed.

Cons: 1. Price is higher than the competition, but I'd say it was worth it.

Other Thoughts: I've built around 6 or so systems over the years and have been EXTREMELY happy with this build. Games run well, stable, ridiculously quiet and very reasonable temps.

3 out of 5 eggsNot Worth the Money

Pros: Easy to overclock with the Intel Visual BIOS, I got up to 4.3 with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo fan just by dragging a slider. The visual BIOS is pretty cool but it doesn't really add much to the functionality of the board. Works well enough.

Cons: It seems pretty buggy, at least with the firmware version I have. It has trouble recognizing the XMP profile of the Corsair RAM I have, it puts the CPU fan into overdrive for the first 5 minutes of start-up (sounds like its going to fly right out of the case), and the Logitech G510 keyboard doesn't work in BIOS (seems like a fairly common issue).

Other Thoughts: It's a fine board, but for the price it doesn't add anything above and beyond a less expensive motherboard and it has some quirks you wouldn't expect from a high-end product.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat MoBo

Pros: Very sturdy build quality, excellent onboard sound, nice design and layout, built-in speaker for post beep, little LED display let's you know whats wrong (if anything), Thunderbolt port, plenty of USB 3.0.
Got this motherboard for my first build and I must say it made things very easy. I didn't do any overclocking, but the bios is very nice looking and very easy to navigate.
I had to mount and dismount this into my case a few times since the cutout hole for the CPU cooler mount was off from where I needed it and I was worried that I might damage something while doing this, but this thing is built well and had no issues.

Cons: None. It's nice to have a PC that can utilize the transfer speed of Thunderbolt. I don't move giant folders often, but when I do I do not like to wait around for more than 5 minutes or so... and now I catch myself putting pros in the cons section :D

Other Thoughts: I don't have a lot of experience with motherboards, but I trust Intels build quality over ASUS, MSI, or Gigabyte. In retrospect I wish I had gone with an extended ATX board to fit my case better, live and learn.

5 out of 5 eggsCrazy good!

Pros: Love it! Looks good, runs great, has all the bells and whistles.

"Back to BIOS" button is a great idea!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Visual BIOS takes some getting used to if you're old school, but it does let you revert back. (I had to just once, when I could not find what I was looking for.)

1 out of 5 eggsIntel BOXDZ77RE75K LGA

Pros: Fully featured - money back if not satisfied.

Cons: Terrible technical support. The first line support area only knows: clear the CMOS or reflash the bios. The bios is full of bugs and would not retain settings. RMA'd the first board back to Intel and the second board was not any better.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent board choice

Pros: Board is easy to install, has great features and options, has the best bios imaginable, and lights and choices, just unbelievable. I followed the "quick start" guide and had done my homework on the Intel site and the newegg videos, for installation and I had no problems. The bios is better than I could have imagined. The Intel tools that are available, such as to monitor the fans and temperatures, etc., are out of this world. I am very pleased with this board; I updated from an Intel Pentium 4 CPU micro-ATX board, with a bios that was so basic, just many years old. This is a Ferrari.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I am not a gaming person, but this board is absolutely what I wanted for photography use and office use. The Intel HD 4000 graphics is unbelievable, I came from a discreet video card (of 256 mb) and this is very much better and worlds improved. Very pleased.

1 out of 5 eggson my third board

Pros: haven't been able to get far enough yet.

Cons: The first board was having post mem errors, this board has faulty USB 3.0 ports, none of them work.

Also when dissembling the pc I tried to unplug the fron USB 3.0 hears and the plastic header actually came of of the mother board.

Horrible quality Intel, this really is sad. Two bad boards in a row.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy this.

3 out of 5 eggsFailing Nic Card

Pros: Fully equipped, easy bios management interface

Cons: I purchased two of this motherboards from Newegg, after almost two weeks working the first network card failed and is not working anymore now I'm using just the second second one.

Other Thoughts: I'm going to RMA both and try an ASUS

2 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY!

Pros: Works ok if/when you can get it to work with modern hardware like 2GG/1000MHz PCI-E cards.

Cons: Does not have full BIOS support for modern hardware

Other Thoughts: If you enjoy not computing and spending 2 or more hours a day trying to get your computer to boot this board is for you. Worst motherboard I've ever purchased. You have been warned.
