5 out of 5 eggsso far so good

Comments: Just upgraded my mobo to this one, and haven't had any problems with anything yet. Had to clear the CMOS via the jumper, but worked like a champ afterwards. Everything is very well laid out and the manual is easy to understand. A couple more SATA hookups and 1394 would be nice, but it good for now.
I'll get the the uGuru features in a few days, and update this again.

5 out of 5 eggs3rd-eye

Comments: For those of you worried about the 3rd-eye configuration, you may rest easy. It doesn't use crazy temperature probes and wires. In concert with the uGuru chip, it does seem to monitor everything that's necessary (time, fan speeds, processor speeds, and relevant temperatures, including ambient room temp).

It uses a simple proprietary cable with a 4-pin connector to the motherboard, an attached backplate, and a usb connector on the other end that attaches to the "Guru Clock." The clock is not backlighted (that would take more bus power, and perhaps another cable). Incorporating backlighting is likely the next step from Abit.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it.

Comments: This thing is a thoroughbred and I haven't seriously tried oc'ing yet. Oodles of settings. It had a few hiccups while breaking in, but that's over.

The 3rd-eye is a desired innovation that's been greatly overdue. The 3rd-eye also keep tabs on Abit 9550 guru and 9550XT guru video cards (hopefully, Abit will come out with a beefier VPU guru card for AGP soon).

Perhaps the DFI Lanparty NF3 is the Ferrari of oc boards for AMD skt. 754: Well, meet the Porsche!

Comments: Excellent motherboard, rock solid stability, very fast, Replaced an MSI K8N Neo Platinum, This is MUCH BETTER. And the ability to monitor your cpu temperature and voltages are very cool too, with the Guru Clock.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: Good, solid board - everything I've come to expect from A-Bit, plus a little bit more. I'll have to get the "Third Eye" hooked up soon, but for now, I'm just enjoying the heck out of this board and planning my next upgrade!
