Pros: Best board ive EVER purchased. It'll house an AM3 processor(a few variables), DDR2 1066, overclocks nicely!!!
PHENOM II DENEB 940 :D :D

Cons: none for me yet!!! ive only had it for almost 2 months.

Other Thoughts: Amd Phenom II Deneb 3.0 @ 3.5 GHZ 1.4V! Any lower on voltage caused curious error with "performance test 6.1!" But i'm not done doing some upgrades soo...

Pros: *Setup was un-eventful
*Instructions were straight forward
*Layout was excellent
*OCZ Fatal1ty runs at 1066 without issue
*The onboard HD 3300 is a good value. If you need to throw together a machine the video is more than adequate for most applications and games

Cons: I purchased a ATI 4830 to take advantage of the Hybrid Crossfire on this board. What they fail to tell you is you need to use a HD 3400 or HD 2400
After OS re-install etc Gigabyte emailed me back (took a week)

Sorry, it will not work. The Hybrid-Crossfire feature (combining the onboard graphics with a PCIE graphics) will only work with an ATI Radeon HD 2400 or 3400 series graphics card. You are already using a power graphics card, HD4830. Combining the onboard graphics will be of little help.

Other Thoughts: Newegg as usual was very quick with an RMA to return the HD 4830. Why would you shop anywhere else?

Great Buy

Pros: Very stable, no issues. Has all the right features.

Cons: SATA drivers where the largest PIA ever. Windows 7 Beta had no issues. XP did not like the driver disc. After 5 days of trying the right way I ended up having to hack my own .oem file. My only other complaint is it only has one IDE port.

Other Thoughts: I have not used the on board video, so I can't review that aspect
