Pros: Great board for the price obviously. Beats my out dated Compaq motherboard that came with my computer which didn't fully support 45nm chips. Upgrading to this board made my E5200 run at its full potential, instead of using only half of its speed at all times like how my old Compaq board did.
Cons: I do not know why, but for some reason this board will not apply my overclocking settings. Pushed the bus speed up to 280 on the E5200 but it will not overclock. It says clearly in the BIOS settings that it's going to be running this fast, but after a restart the changes do not apply, EVEN though it clearly says 3.5GHz in the BIOS settings. It still runs at its normal speed.
I even updated to the latest BIOS using the CD that came with the board, still no luck in overclocking.
Other Thoughts: I don't know if it's my CPU's fault of the motherboard. But from the other reviews on this board, it seems like it's really good...... if it can actually APPLY the overclocking settings which for some reason mine doesn't :/

Pros: cheap
Cons: doesn't work.
Other Thoughts: can't find the hard drive or the optical drives. Also hung on POST. now I get to spend ten dollars to ship the piece of back to Newegg for a replacement.

Pros: Great basic board, easy install and setup, fired right up, enough bios options to make it interesting. Energy efficient board
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Energy efficient, set this up using Intel E5200 CPU, 2G Ram (2 boards) WD 640G HD, and a generic 400W PSU. With a fresh install of XP and the supplied drivers this thing idles at 33W measured at the plug!!! Loaded to 70% CPU it draws 50W
