Pros: Excellent base for my Phenom II x4, fast memory and nVidia 9800 GPU. Mandriva 2010.0 supports on-board sound. Lots of SATA connectors.

Cons: Floppy controller?

Other Thoughts: You'll want to fetch the BIOS upgrade from Gigabyte's web site. Easiest BIOS upgrade I've ever done.

Pros: Lot of slots for RAM, lot of slots for expanding, the onboard sound is ok, could be a little better but its perfect for anyone who wants to plug and go.

Pros: Good bios, no issues during first POST. The BIOS makes it really easy to unlock cores and overclock should you choose to. Nice and shiny!

Cons: Low on included cables, but I guess that's to be expected at this price range.

Other Thoughts: First PC build and couldn't be happier that I got an AM3 board for this price!
