Pros: High quality, microatx, can unlock cores, BUDGET KING!
785G ATI 4200 video processor built right in (capable of full HD playback and -so- much more, this bad boy can play mass effect 2 or bioshock 2 at great framerates on moderate quality settings right out of the box). It's a great video card, it's free, and it's included on a budget motherboard with a price under 80 bucks (less if you catch a combo deal - I picked up this board and the 550BE with a 30$ off deal, it was a no-brainer).
Cons: Is having DDR2 support a con? Considering the amazing low timings on higher-end (and CHEAP) DDR2 vs slower and more expensive DDR3 there is virtually no performance difference in going with DDR2 or DDR3. If you don't mind spending the extra 50-100$ for decent DDR3 ram you might be better off picking the DDR3 version of this board because the future will bring better and cheaper DDR3 and this will keep your upgrade path open.....
Other Thoughts: I'm coming back to write an updated review of this board. It's been several months since I bought this budget wonder and I'm still loving every minute of it! Rock-solid and absolutely stable I've been running my dual core black edition 550 unlocked to 4 cores @ 3.1ghz since day one, overclocked the built-in ATI 4200 chip to 700 mhz (simple as pie in the bios) and she's never had even one hiccup.
Still the budget king. If you're on a pocket-change budget THIS IS YOUR BOARD! You could scrounge your current PC for parts, buy this board, pick up a nice processor (like the unlockable black edition 550 dual core), and four gigs of DDR2 1066. End result? One hell of a PC and an out-of-pocket cost around 200$. We're taking serious bang-for-your-buck.
How nice is the built-in ATI card? I'm currently playing Mass Effect 2 at beautiful framerates on the stock motherboard's radeon 4200 (no additional video card required). You can always upgrade to a better video card later when budget permi

Pros: Passive northbridge cooling, lots of expansion possibilities. Using Ubuntu 9.10 and XBMC for a cheap and powerful HTPC box.
Cons: So far none, but I'm not particularly picky.

Great motherboard

Pros: Work fantastically Once I figured out what was wrong with it.
Cons: The first time I tried to load windows it took 2 1/2 hours and finally just pulled the plug. Finally figured out what was wrong. I remove the battery and reset CMOS and after that it ran perfectly. So if you ever have trouble with it running real slow I mean like a 386 SX then just remove the battery, count to 10 and stick it back in and hopefully everything will work for you.
Other Thoughts: It took me a day to figure this one out and I've been messing with Computers when a Vic 20 was king. Just another wonderful day in Computer land.
