Pros: Like the previous reviewer, this board was combined with some spare parts already on hand (two sticks of DDR2-667 and an Intel Pentium 4 661 3.6 GHz) to create a significant upgrade to my daughter's older computer [Intel 915G chipset, DDR-400 memory, and a Pentium 4 530 3.0 GHz]. The 'new' hybrid computer booted the very first time, and is significantly faster than before. Total cost: just the price of the motherboard.
Cons: Absolutely none. The video output using the onboard DVI port is good enough that I may not reinstall the older nVidia card, and the rear panel audio is so good that I DEFINITELY will not reinstall the Audigy sound card (with all the associated 'services').
Other Thoughts: When the Pentium 4 661 inevitably runs out of steam, I will purchase a Core 2 Duo or Quad to re-energize the system. Easy. In the meantime, I am getting some use out of the 661 (and the money spent on it -- some time ago).

Pros: Works well as an all-in-one HTPC solution for a 720P TV. Actually repurposed an old Pentium 4 524 Prescott chip from a problematic Dell desktop (never again--I have learned my lesson).
Built my brother an HTPC with this board for his 720P Plasma TV. Image via onboard HDMI was clear and sharp, and sound worked over HDMI.
Cons: Didn't like the DDR2 800 mhz memory I bought for it mated with the 533 mhz CPU, but I swapped them out with some DDR2 667 mhz memory I had in another computer, and she booted up fine.
Specs show the PCI Express X16 is limited to X4, so this isn't a board for serious gamers. Should have enough bandwidth to support a low- to mid-end graphics card though, and if you are just using the on-board graphics anyway, it'll never be an issue.
Other Thoughts: I think I spent more trying to put the Pentium 4 524 back into commission than if I would have just bought a cheap dual core. I first bought a Biostar G41-M7 TE board, which, although it claimed to support the Pentium 4 524 (which is a 533 mhz cpu), would not boot with any configuration of memory I tried. It did boot with an intel e5200, though, so I ended up just building another low end computer out of the Biostar with hand-me-downs as I upgraded my main desktop.
System building is addictive. Newegg is a pusher. I may need a 12-step program.
