Cons: I threw away the box before I realized I need the UPC for the rebate. I'd have bought it anyway, but very annoying.

Other Thoughts: Little over a month of ownership, and no issues whatsoever. I'm OC'ing to a modest 3.8 on my I7-860 using the very nice Gigabyte , EastTune6 OC'ing application. Could not be easier.
