Pros: - SLI support
- 4 DDR3 RAM slots

Cons: - Using a double wide GPU covers 2 PCI slots completely.

Other Thoughts: Great board. Recognized all hardware. NOT a true full ATX board, but with my mid case, that is a good thing.

Pros: Good layout, USB 3, Dependable. I've installed more than a dozen of these in new builds and had no problems.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: I'm not a fan of UEFI Bios or the graphical layout, but then I'm still mad at Firefly's cancellation, so that might have something to do with it.

Pros: Cheap, reliable, many connectors. First motherboard I ever bought and I would defiantly buy another Gigabyte one.

Cons: Since the width is a slightly smaller not all of the screw holes on the board are filled. But my mid tower case did not have a standoff hole to screw it down to.

Pros: easy install no issues

Cons: didn't install its self?

Other Thoughts: i5 3570k @ 4.0. 8g gskill. WV blue 500

Pros: Looks great...when it runs.

Cons: Updated drivers,bios, etc. Card black screen freezes after about 10 minutes during Lara Croft and borderlands played on medium/high settings. Seems to be a trend for this card though. Gonna RMA it soon.

It's a shame because the games look great when it works.

Pros: this motherboard is extremely nice. theres plenty of sata connectors and is well worth it. and the ultra durable feature is glorious. i had a few moments building my pc where i thought it was game over, but i knew not to worry. this motherboard is very reliable and a great buy

Pros: Nice motherbord has alot of good features and its a good budget board.

Cons: When I frist got this mother board it didnt work right went to play a game and with in about 10 min blue screen this was on the first day I got the motherbord . After hours of trying to find what what wrong. I found out it was the motherbord so I RMA back to new egg for a replacement.
new egg sent me a new replacement had it a little over a week no problems so far

Pros: Easy to install & remove. That's about it.

Cons: Suffers from the dreaded "cold boot loop" that other Gigabyte motherboards seem to have. Would only make it to the logo screen, then reboot... over and over. Tried many things to make it work, but it just refused to. Returned it for a refund.

Other Thoughts: This is my first Gigabyte motherboard since the Pentium 3 days, and it will be my last.

Your described rebot issue may occur for serveral reasons:

1. be sure to connect both the 24pin power and the ATX12V power cables.
2. your BIOS settings may be too aggressive. Please try using the Optimized default values.
3. Power supply issue - be sure the wattage of our PS is adequate to support your installed components
4. Memory issue - try 1x memory module as a test.

Pros: It runs?

Cons: First off, the slots in the back are bigger than any extra cards you'll be adding, so lots of cards slide around (even when screwe d in).

The screw holes are not in common place for screwing it into your average tower (I had a medium size).

The 4 holes to screw in an extra CPU fan (instead of stock, say a liquid cooler?) are not in any logical alignment. You either don't get a liquid cooler or force in the CPU stock fan.

Other Thoughts: I'm getting another motherboard. This one only has 1 PCIe 3 slot (it says so in the instructions though).

This model is a standard ATX sized Form Factor, with standard mounting holes. The ease of mounting into a system build will depend on your selected chassis. A smaller chassis will have space restrictions that may hinder your build.

The four assembly holes for the CPU cooling follows Intel specifications, and is standard.

From the listed specificaitons of the this model, it has 1x PCIEx16 Rel 3.0 (x16 band), 1x PCIEx16 (x4 band), and 2x PCI slots standard. They are not bigger.
