4 out of 5 eggsGreat Board, Best Brand

Pros: Solid, great product. Low maintance, great support. A very diverse and high platform motherboard that performs excellent, with out a flaw.

Cons: Its not free.

5 out of 5 eggsOUTSTANDING!!!

Pros: I installed this motherboard, and it as simply stated was a breeze! I didn't have any bios problems, the jumper were all set on arrival. It is stable and runs my Celeron D like a charm.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Excellent product, for the price it was worth every penny.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent board

Pros: Stable and well priced.

Cons: Larger than some other known micro ATX boards. Fits a little squeezy in a Cooler Master desktop 620 with a standard size Zalman 400 watts.

Other Thoughts: It replaces my 2 years old intel 845ept2 which has USB chip fading out.It got the Northwood 2.8 with the thermalright 90 and a Zalman 90 cpu fan. It tooks my 2 crucial 512 ECC without a hicup. Sure that it bypasses the ECC but it still shows a mature bios even if dated 9-2004.

1 out of 5 eggsProblems

Pros: Relativly inexpensive, however, it is a low end board.

Cons: Have had two of these. Each one lasted about two to three months before going out. Once again I tested all other parts in the computer with other systems in the house. There haven't been any recent electrical storms or power failures. Only reason I purchased the second one was because it's my wife's computer and she wanted the same board again. Not this time though.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board for Cheap

Pros: I've been running this board since April of 2004. At the time I bought it, it had very strong features for the price, and even today it's a good value for a starter system. USB2.0, up to 4GB of ram, Mini-ATX, and solid performance for a great price. Also, it had good documentation from what I remember, though I never really had to use it.

Cons: None. I am completely satisfied with this board.

Other Thoughts: Running 3.0ghz P4, 2x512mb OCZ RAM (dual channel), 160gb Hitachi SATA drive, and an ATI 9800pro for over two years now. All bought from newegg, all still going strong.

1 out of 5 eggsWorthless

Pros: None

Cons: After installation would not power up. Nothing works. Power supply is good and works in other units. No indication of voltage from the board to fans or drives. Double and triple checked all connections. Wast of time and money. Now have to deal with the MSI for warrenty.

5 out of 5 eggsCan't beat it!

Pros: Well, as far as mobo's go, it's hard to rate them. You litteraly get what you pay for. Supports HT and 800mhz fsb, 4gigs dual channel ram, AGP slot, 3 pci slots, it's just perfect for an entry-level gaming pc. Can't rate on the onboard video, because that's the reasons I needed an AGP slot (using a GeForce 6200), but the onboard sound is awsome, compared to my other MSI board.

Cons: None at all. This is a really nice board.

Other Thoughts: BIOS has a lot of nice features - thermal shutdown and processor underclock when a predefined temp is reached. Not sure about the OC settings. Haven't really touched them; don't really need to with a 3ghz HT Prescott, but hey, I guess some people just gotta have more... Oh yeah, one last thing, NEWEGG ROCKS!!!

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Board

Pros: The board is very easy to use. I'm no stranger to computers by a long shot, but this is my first time actually building a system. It was flawless, and it only took me about 1 and a half hours to get the system built around this board and XP fired up. It's very solid. I haven't tried to overclock yet, but that's next. I'm running a P4 2.4 Ghz 533 FSB processor with 1 Gig DDR 2700 ram.

Cons: None thus far
