4 out of 5 eggsAwesome Board

Pros: Great board fast and reliable great if u are a over clocker. never overclocked it but by the looks of the overclocking dial and such seems so easy even a caveman can do it!!!

Cons: it burst into flames literally!!!!!! wrecking my NZXT Phantom White case never overclocked

Other Thoughts: gotta send it out to

2 out of 5 eggsBad

Pros: Lots of ports.

Cons: Didn't last very long.

Other Thoughts: Broke within a year and a half, they say you need to pay almost $40 to get it replaced. Totally not worth it.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Board

Pros: Bought this MB a year ago this June. It was just sitting in my closet until I collected all the parts to build my gaming rig. I finally collected everything I needed 3 days ago. Put everything together and she started right up no issues or problems. Awesome MB to say the least. Nothing is overclocked YET and I still run games on max settings. I would list my parts but I'm lazy. Thanks Newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Board

Pros: I've owned this motherboard for a little over a year and I haven't had any difficulties yet.

The OC Genie is a nice feature and very easy to use. Plenty of space for everything.

5 out of 5 eggsits working

Pros: well the pros usb3 6gigs sata pcie x16 pcie x4 .i am not very knowledgable on mobo's but have had a few of msi's video cards and never had a problem with them. so i picked this up with my amd phenom2 1100t cpu .and setup was easy. bios seem fine both cpu and mobo setup perfect and bois recongized them .but may see if there is a updat on the bois in the comming days/week

Cons: no cons but wished that this board was a true sli/crossfire board. like other reveiwers have stated top pcie is @4 times .for a board that is 100 dollars it should be a true sli/crossfire board.

Other Thoughts: amd phenom2 1100t cpu and this mobo is a great starter/mid range computer for any gamer

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 6.0Gb/s SATA is a godsend. Warranty is pretty good.

Cons: Experienced issues with the PC spontaneously restarting after about two weeks of use - it turns out a voltage regulator was shoddy. RMAed it about a week and a half ago and it's due to arrive in a couple of days.

Other Thoughts: MSI loses points for having a poorly-constructed board, but gains some back for having a quick and painless RMA process.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Board

Pros: I have 3 of these boards and not one problem with any of them. The oldest is about 1 year and the newest is 6 months. I don't do high power gaming but I do do a lot of CAD type stuff and have various software / firmware compilers. I love the USB 3.0 and SATA III (6) Full system image backups to a USB 3.0 drive takes 15 min instead of an hour and a half.
I've had NO LAN problems like others here. I'd guess its not the MB that's the problem

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: The best middle of the road board (Less than $100) I've used. My main system has a Curical 120gb SSD SATA III drive, AMD Phenom II X 4 @ 3.0ghz. ATI 5770 (HAWK) video and 8gb Curical ram. Win7 x64 ult. Its really fast with boot times of 15 seconds. Win 7 score of 7.4 out of 7.9 Not bad for a $500 system

4 out of 5 eggsMSI

Pros: Good solid board - performs as I expected now that I actually have the build going - it seems the PSU was the culprit, even though it looked & tested OK - but the tester was WRONG! - Even the stock cooler is OK - no noise (& I asked of one person that has sensitive hearing too - as nine is NOT)

Stock temp of system is 89F (with a room temp of 73F)

Cons: Troubleshooting - even MSI tech support was fooled into thinking the board was bad - I really don't blame them or the board. Took off one egg for the time frame of getting this all worked out. Was way to long for my liking.

Other Thoughts: Would have been nice to had another sent to me & UPS picked up the OLD one but NEWEGG doesn't do that. Ended up getting a refund & ordering a new board to speed up time frame. Then find the PSU is bad - wouldn't work under load. Cost me the rebates because of the time factor & not being able to get the barcodes off the boxes.

5 out of 5 eggsRock solid

Pros: Does everything right. High quality components. Tons of value for the low price. Use MSI for years now...no problems.

Cons: It wasn't free with a rebate!!

Other Thoughts: Newegg and MSI. You just can't beat that combo

1 out of 5 eggsDOA - so says MSI tech support

Pros: It LOOKS like a winner - good solid heavy construction.

Cons: I guess you can't win them all, considering it's made in china, there is BOUND to be a FEW bad ones. - Wish I didn't have to pay to send it back, though...

Other Thoughts: MSI was real helpful on figuring out what the deal was, as I didn't want to send back a part & find out it was GOOD. So, with there confirming it bad, I feel OK that this should fix the problem.
