5 out of 5 eggsWorks good

Pros: It works perfectly. I haven't had any problems yet. When I got this motherboard it had the Click Bios 4 Version 30.1 and I M-Flashed to Version 30.3 and didn't have any problems with doing that. Others may not be as lucky. Used this to overclock an A8-5600K APU and it worked good.

Cons: I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to overclock with this. Everything on the UEFI Bios is supposed to be clickable and I tried clicking to change the CPU base frequency and CPU ratio it wouldn't let me click to change it and I had no idea what was wrong. I found out you have to use the + and - on the numpad to change it! Hope this helps someone!

Other Thoughts: Other then the overclocking nothing else is wrong. Everything works perfectly. The HDMI works great as well.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the $$$

Pros: I picked this MB as I wanted an inexpensive build for my kids that had HDMI. The USB3 and 6 SATA3 ports are nice to have as well. Once I had the case connectors connected to the right jumper :) it boot right up no problem. Installed win 7 ult x64, I only used the enclosed CD for network drivers, then downloaded the latest drivers from their website. So far everything seems to work fine, all MB devices have drivers and are working properly.

Cons: The lack of mounting points is a bit concerning, you probably want to install the cpu fan and RAM while the MB is outside the case. I'm also a bit surprised that you can't flash the BIOS from within Windows; you have to boot off a thumb drive to flash it. There are no markings for the case connectors (PWR SW, etc) on the MB so you need to have the manual handy in order to connect the power/reset switches & LEDs.

1 out of 5 eggsNo Video output anywhere

Pros: I'm sure it's a great performer, if I could get it to work.

Cons: DOA.... No video output on any monitor onboard, or in PCIe slot. Fans spin and LED's light, but no video anywhere.... Using AD760KWOHLBOX processor, and 1600 MHZ memory.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued Customer,

You were using a processor without an integrated graphics core. Please change to an APU, or add a graphics card to receive display.

5 out of 5 eggsStill solid after a month of HTPC use

Pros: *6 x SATA3 ports (6 Gbps) at this price? I am using only two on this build. But this might make a great Linux NAS
*HDMI and DVI work great at same time driving different screens
* great match with A8-5600K quad core in combo 1563636
*HTPC is great value
*good for streaming A*zon P*ime HD videos

Cons: Was I just lucky? I continue to be baffled by the negative reviews here. I did have to go to some extra effort to download audio drivers which enabled control of audio between HDMI projector and local screen use.

Other Thoughts: This has been rock-solid now for a month, used with WinMedCenter as ATSC recorder. Driving a 23" 1920x1080 with DVI as local main screen and HDMI to 1080p projector. Works great with audio to the screen or the enclosure HD audio front panel for headphones. Planning to purchase another combo to build for a friend and may purchase another as LInux NAS - could drive 3 x RAID1 arrays if no DVD drive installed.

3 out of 5 eggsSad...

Pros: It works, if you don't follow the directions!!! Sadly I went to read the User Guide to Enable the USB Wake feature. Upon reading the User Guide, it showed me to remove the jumper from JUSB_PW1/2 to Enable, Jump 1-2 on both to Disable... Upon "Enabling" it would boot and only show 99 at the bottom right hand corner of my black screen. After shorting 2-3 on both JUSB_PW1/2 I believe I have Enabled USB Wake feature since it now boots after doing so...

For the price, (bundle deal) it is a great Motherboard, I guess instructions are meant to destroy the very thing the company intends us to use, among other parts we may install?

I like the look of the Bios, but using it to enter the time and namely the date was very odd. I found that 33 was entered in the date, it reverted back to a different number. To me that leaves a possible bug/exploit/error in the Bios, which correct me if I'm wrong, is a pretty viable part of any Motherboard!!!

Military Class 4 - Well we'll see what that means, hopefully there are no instructions on how to use this, otherwise it might become a flop due to their own lack of caring...

Cons: Poor instructions, the Quick sheet offered small Eye aching step by step blurred instructions... The manual had 1 major error that did not allow my system to boot... Luckily I found the work-around on my own. The User Guide it's self was hard to find the language of choice... Small foreign language like pamphlet that offered little information (other than the Qcodes I could scan that I didn't, but could be useful to many who don't have a smartphone, and even those that do, how many actually use the Qcode reader that ISN'T installed by default?! :P Whatever it's real name may be...

Motherboard connections are not in support points, meaning, when you press in the tightly fitting SATA, pray you don't hear a potato chip break! Also the MB/Case plate, all the grounding tabs were bent so the MB would be shorted out on LAN, HDMI, and the 1 PS/2 port could be covered up if you applied too much force and no care to. I only noticed this because when I went to plug in the HDMI it would not fit, quick look showed I had to tear down and re-seat the MB. This however is not a flaw MSI only see's, however I would have thought this issue would be resolved by now, as EVERY motherboard company has probably had some sort of issue due to amateur or even pro installers quickly assembling computers to get it to GO GO GO!!!

Other Thoughts: All in all, I'm happy, but I could have found myself calling this a DOA motherboard... And frankly I would have been right, as their instructions provide the end user to see nothing more than a 99 at the bottom right of their screen... No keyboard lights, no post, (on that note also, my PC speaker has no sound, I seen a review about that as well, I may have to find that and pretend they know more than MSI does to find the un-logical fix!

Hey, I remember when you could buy a Motherboard from a quality manufacturer (one of them namely being MSI) and find yourself happy, with a quick easy build! Now I'm finding myself disgusted for blindly suggesting any MSI components!!! Not meaning to Bash a company here, but it is what it is! :\ Sorry if the truth hurts...

1 out of 5 eggsWorked for one month.

Pros: It's cheap.

Cons: So the motherboard was working fine for one month. And then it suddenly died. My computer would simply not boot up.

I checked my ram, my graphics card, my cpu on different computers and they all work. So I've come to the conclusion that this motherboard is to blame.

Other Thoughts: I am very disappointed with this board. Obviously, I was lured by the cheap price. But I guess I never learned my lesson about buying cheap stuff. If you buy a cheap motherboard, and it fails, not only do you have to pay to return it, but you have to buy a whole new motherboard as well.

If you are looking to buy this motherboard because it's cheap, please think twice before buying this. Look at all the negative reviews. If you get this board, there's a high chance it will fail, and you'll end up wasting money to get a whole new one.

Look at higher quality motherboards from a different brand. They're cheaper in the long run.

5 out of 5 eggs13-time winner

Pros: Easy set up; rock solid in all 13 computers I’ve built using this board. I’ve not had a single problem:
A6-5400K (4)
A8-5600K (4)
A10-5800K (2)
A8 –55500K (1)
A8- 6660K (1)
A10-5700 (1)

Front USB 3.0 Header (a surprising number of modern boards do not have one of these)

D-Sub, DVI, and HDMI ports – I’m running 2 monitors on the 5800K system I’m writing this review on; one is a 23” and the other is 22”.

Supports up to 2133(OC) memory. I’ve used 1600z on all except the 6600K Richmond that uses 1833. These include 5 different brands and this board likes all of them.

Latest build--the system I’m writing this review on:

CASE: Fractal Design ARC Mini Micro ATX
PS: Corsair CX430M 80 Plus Modular
DVDRW: Asus 24X OEM
CPU: AMD A10-5800K
MOBO: MSI FM2-75MA-E35
RAM: 8GB (2 x 4) G.Skill Sniper 1600
HD1: 120GB Crucial M500 SSD
HD2: 1TB Seagate SV35 Series

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: I seldom over clock but have done mild OC on 2 of these systems using Control Center’s OC Genie software that comes with the board. It was ridiculously easy and they are both stable after several months.

I haven’t tried the Kaveri yet, so I don’t know how it would fare with this board.

I’ve used 3 SDD’s with this model that I can think of off hand and didn’t have to make any adjustments. They are automatically set to AHCI mode with TRIM enabled. I just set correct time and boot sequence I wanted in BIOS, saved changes and exited, then fed it the Windows disk. A few minutes later I was looking at the Welcome screen. (I don’t hook up the storage drive until after Windows has been installed when using SSD).

I checked "more than 1 year" for Ownership based on the oldest system I've built with this board. The system described in review was built within past 2 weeks.
