Does everything
- Pros: Amazing board. Does everything for under $100.
- Cons: Apparently not a good board if you want to do crossfire/SLI. The second PCIe port is only 4x. Also, the G.Skill ram I'm using is 1600 mhz and despite being able to overclock, I have yet been able to get it to run a stability test all the way through.
- Other Thoughts: Wish I had got the newer amd evo w/ the 790x chipset...it only lacks the on-board video but does 8x dual xfire and 1600 mhz ram standard.
- Pros: Manual was very instructive and as a first time builder I was able to get my system running in a few hours with no problems. The BIOS is very interactive and it is extremely easy to OC.
- Cons: None at this time.
Bios needs work
- Pros: Nice looking board, rock stable running furmark and prime95 for 24 hours. Memtest86 for several hours
1800memory running @1600 8-8-8-24 1t dual channel is stable at 1.9v sysoft memory benchmark 13.2ghz
Overclocked a amd x2 2.8ghz to 3.36
Board runs cool 35c
- Cons: The bios lacks a memory setting for command rate (cr) 1t or 2t. Most 1800memory is 2t and cpuz reports my ram running at 1t. The fastest I could get it to go was 1600mhz even though it is rated at 1800mhz
When changing fsb in bios it does not reflect cpu increased speed nor memory. Come on Asus I've seen cheaper boards that are more intuitive. I have to boot into windows and check cpuz for current oc values
The first thing I did was upgrade the bios
Be careful not to bump heatsinks when installing they are just floating on the chipset

Don't use auto cpu voltage when oc'ing sometimes the computer won't boot when the power supply is shut off and turned back on. Set it manually you'll get the message oc'ing failed, just hit ctrl,alt, del and you should be fine
Be careful not to bump heatsinks when installing they are just floating on the chipsets. You can push on them and give them a gentle twist to reseat them on the chips
