5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: This board saved my chops. I had the heatsink upside down so only part of the core was being covered. The board would shut the whole system down NOW! Flipping the heatsink made it very happy and its been running fawlessly since besides saving the xp2500. My only beef, it doesn't id the cpu even after updating the bios. fyi-This computer is in an office networked with three others.

5 out of 5 eggsnot bad for gaming either

Comments: I bought this to upgrade an older 4x AGP Asus motherboard I had been using for gaming and felt it was time to upgrade to accomodate a faster video card and more memory. Installed 2 gb of 333 mhz ram on this, along with a FX5600 ultra video card and a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card. The onboard sound isn't bad at all, I just wanted more bells and whistles. I have had no problems whatsoever with this motherboard, runs like a dream. Good solid motherboard for the money.

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: This is an excellent little board. I dropped in a Athlon 1700+ and DVD-ROM with 512MB PC2100 for my 5 year old to play games on and watch movies in his room. You can't beat the performance for the price. As Always...NewEgg Rocks and gets all of my business...Fastest Shipping, and best prices and service...

5 out of 5 eggs

Comments: First, this is my first build. I've done pretty much everything else but never tackled a MB, so after reading reviews I decided on this MB. The first one I ordered I had to rma because it wouldn't post my cpu correctly, then when it did the MB would lose all usb function, the second mb went in without a hitch, booted and has ran been running smoothly. Newegg service was excellent, with blazing fast shipping. Will continue to do ALL my PC related purchases with newegg.

Comments: In combination with my 1.66 GHz AMD processor, this just flies! Arrived on time and hasn't given me much trouble. The only probelm I've had is with the front panel audio. Apparently I would need to jimmie rig the audio pins to get audio in front panel and back. However, everything else runs smoothly!

Comments: Great board! Instantly detected the XP 2700+. The IDE cable that came with it broke almost instantly, but what can you expect. Working great

Comments: A+ A few words of advice: Don't remove the FP_AUDIO jumpers! It will disable the rear jacks! I thought the board was bad when I took them off and the sound wouldn't work. I was relieved when I figured it out. :) Great mobo for the price. The graphics can't handle some Linux screensavers, but it's great for DVD playing. Used a POWMAX model CP5014HL-1 case, an 1.2GHz Athlon MP at 200MHz FSB, and pc2700 ram.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mboard !!

Comments: After building my computer for the first time, it has been running great now for about 6 months........ My brother needed a PC, and wanted to be as cost conscious as possible. Anyways, after reading a lot of reviews, I built him an XP 2.0 Ghz with 0.5 gig ram, cd writer, etc. What turned me on to this was the good rating for the integrated sound & graphics. Anyways, put this together, and it has been running great (and his wife even uses it - lol). Great product & price I'm nopt one for writing reviews, but I figured I'm sure this review is for real, and not just a bunch of hype !

Also used a POWMAX case from Newegg, a bit thin on the metal gage, but went together flawlessly !

Thanks Newegg !
