ASUS M4A88T-M AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: It does everything I ask of it, I really cant complain.

Cons: Cant play video games on high graphics, but what did I expect without buying a video card. Still plays them pretty well.

Pros: Great quality as expected from ASUS. BIOS menu is very easy to navigate around and straight forward. No problems with it so far.

Cons: None, other than not being able to overclock my cpu, it's not really a con as it could be the cpu that's locked.

Other Thoughts: This motherboard is great for everyday use and some gaming/media. It's easy to get around and user-friendly. Great motherboard to start with if you're a beginner in building computers.

Pros: Works

Pros: Nice board for my new build. Runs great with Vista & Windows 7.

Cons: Using a large video card pretty much prevents you from using any of the PCI Slots, but I expected this.

Didn't find any cons with the board until after about a year when I updated to windows 8. Even though this product isn't sold with newegg anymore, I've made this entry in-case others come across this same issue.

Board doesn't update on the chip-set using any driver update or updating manually using AMD and ASUS Site. ASUS advised there is no foreseeable chip-set update for windows 8.

Other Thoughts: Unless you plan on not updating to windows 8 in the future, want a small board, and only going to run a large video card, this is a pretty good starter board. I wouldn't recommend this board as far as long term.

Pros: it. sorta functions.

after a long annoying proses. they took it in and i had to pay for it. they couldn't find the problem through troubleshooting. i followed everything they said.

once they looked at it they said they found nothing wrong. i told them to test again and several days later they said they sent it out. i got it next day... problem is the post date was the day they said they found nothing wrong. they never checking it over again with the revised information. they made me think they were actually doing something. all and all they had it for maybe a day and just repacked and shipped out the defective product.

i will NEVER buy from this company again. to jerk me around and not fix your defective product is not a way to keep customers. this whole experiance was horrible and annoying. wish i would have just saved my money. plus i was stuck with the $15 bill to ship it to them.

Pros: its a nice little motherboard
runs great after it boots into windows

Cons: the bios is extremely slow
there's a 3 sec delay when navigating in bios
install of windows 7 took over an hour installing off cd and usb dive

Pros: None

Cons: Would crash often, blasting horrid sound out of the jack, now wont even turn on psu is known good. This is 2nd asus board ever bought, and 2nd one im RMAing as well.

Other Thoughts: RMAing now. Hopefully will get a new board by next friday.

Pros: Works as Expected

Cons: None yet fingers crossed, yet my other Asus board purchased at the time has much to be desired

Other Thoughts: Other Asus board has issue with random freezes, BSOD and cold shut downs, serial number does not even register as correct so cannot even RMA the other board. Even there are no problems with this board and has performed as expected first time Asus purchase with the brand has left me 25% satisfied

Pros: Not a bad board for a beginner build, has lasted me through it's warranty with only mild complaints.

Cons: The BIOS was a little hard for me to figure out for this model. I was not very tech savvy at the start, but this board has sorta forced me to learn and figure things out beyond what I wanted to. Cool n' Quiet needs to be disabled for my comp since it was causing lots of blue screens, as well as some Asus options like auto-tuning and the NOS.

Other Thoughts: Make sure the BIOS is updated. I was not a total fan of the back plate, very cheap and difficult to work with. The core unlocker, like with any cpu/mobo is a gamble on whether or not it works. Worked on my sister build, but didn't on mine.

Pros: This board was my budget choice for my build. It was easy to set and use. I have AMD PHN II X2 555 Bl, unlocked to X4 and overclocked. The easiest unlock and overclock I have ever done. Have had no problems for over a year. Will use ASUS again great product.

Cons: Wish the board had USB 3 but added USB 3 card.
