ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Like clock work it posted 1st time and runs like a rocket. My external video card hasn't arrived yet and it's nice to have the on-board to knock out 98% of the build.

Cons: It's an ASUS so it's hard to complain. I guess they could have thrown memory and CPU trouble lights on the board in case someone got some DOA chips. For a package deal that got me around 50 bucks I guess they could have washed my truck as well.

Pros: Cheap board, great bios, VERY easy to overclock my graphics card and cpu with this! Small (micro derr) and is much more appropriate then my old motherboard for my case.

Probably THE best AMD, AM3+ board you can buy from this website considering the price. I would pay $100 for this.

Cons: Coming from a Gigabyte motherboard to an ASUS, had a lot of drivers to fix. Not a real biggy, just spent 30 minute fixing them all with the included cd.

Pros: Great little board. used this board to build a computer for my girlfriend to do homework on and surf the web. Worked great out of the box. ASUS makes great boards, its all I buy.

Cons: NONE

Pros: This is the Best Motherboard I ever bought I had some tec problems that was my mistake at first. I figured those out Love this Board all the way, sound, speed all the features work, Picture quality is great.

Cons: Video show slow on windows 7 hardware test but shows fine picture

Other Thoughts: This Board has sold me on ASUS I just Love the way it works.

Pros: Have purchased some 100 of these had 2 fail. Not bad. The work with a wide range of CPU and are good for the basic build

Cons: Wouldn't mind if the UEFI Bios like the Intel counter part.

Pros: Great board if you have reasonable expectations and know what you're buying. I'm using on a VMware ESXi host in a home lab. It DOES support 16GB of RAM if you: Update the BIOS to 1303 or later, use memory listed in the "Supported Memory Tab" on the ASUS website. I'm using Corsair Vengeance (2x8GB) DDR3-1600 and it purrs like a kitten.

Cons: None that I can see as long as your expectations are reasonable. It is what it is, don't buy a Dodge Dart and complain that it doesn't have seat warmers or a V8 engine. Research and plan before buying!

Pros: I'm loving this board, can run my 8350 no issues at all, core unlocker makes it easy, no issues with setup or anything at all. Worked right out of the box, Asus is the best in boards, hands down. I have had about 5 asus boards and I still have them and they still all work even an old one from about 1999.

Cons: none, 50 bucks buy it !

Pros: core unlocker very nice specification its being use to stream live TV and does the job.

Cons: none

Pros: Supports ECC memory with Gigabit and 6 SATA ports, perfect for a small 6 drive NAS and Media Server. Configures up nicely and is rock solid.

Cons: The SATA ports could have been SATA III, but 3GB/s is just fine for mechanical drives. The 8GB memory limit may be a bottleneck if trying to set up a ZFS RAIDz and the array is a large.

Other Thoughts: I would use this MB again for this use but would add a USB 3.0 card.

Pros: Nice feature and expansion for a board this price. Could've easily been $30-$40 more.

Cons: I cant get into the bios. Knocked off an egg for that.
