Cons: One board had the ram slots fail within 30 days of first use, the second (a different build) came with a bad ram slot out of the box. When they do work they boot VERY slowly. This has been true of every Asus server board I've ever owned. Other Thoughts: I bought two of these boards in the past month and a half. The first worked initially and I was happy enough with it. The day after I ordered a second one of these boards the first one started locking up. After the third restart it stopped booting unless I pulled all but 1 stick of the ram from it. I RMA'd it and started to build my second system. The second board has the same problem. With 1 stick of ram everything is great. As soon as I populate the second slot it will not boot. I have 15 other identical sticks of ram, so I find it highly unlikely that this is a bad piece of ram. I will definitely return the second board for credit, not a replacement, as at this point I'm pretty convinced this line of boards has a quality control issue. My first RMA should be replaced in the next week and I will have to keep my fingers crossed.
