Pros: This is a very good quality motherboard with legendary asus quality. I bought it for a steal during a refurbished sale. If you see it in stock for less than 50 bucks do pick one up. All solid caps, legendary asus quality, 4-1 power phase (max for amd matx mobos)

On my rig I am using it in conjunction with an fx 6300 black and an nvidia gtx 650 ti boost with no issues and fantastic performance

Cons: Due to the price the motherboard is not without a few minor drawbacks. First and foremost is that the vrm (voltage regulator modules) are not heatsinked, under heavy load this tends to cause them to cut voltages and underclock parts on the motherboard so as to not overheat the modules. To overcome this i fashioned my own heatsink from some mos c10 that newegg sells. Never noticed any issue before hand but now I have the peace of mind. (if you do not add additional vrm cooling please stick with stock cpu cooler so as to help passively cool the vrm with fan induction.

Supports usb 3.0 but only on the io panel no external headers

Other Thoughts: The con's really aren't a big deal for the average user who isn't planning on insane overclocking, this board also uses an older chipset 760g (though bios reports 780) so this further limits the overclocking capabilities but does not otherwise detract from the quality of the board.
