5 out of 5 eggsVery Fast, Excellent Price

Pros: Excellent board - no problems at all, runs extremely fast, equipped it with a Sempron 3400+ and 1GB PC6400 ram - seems to run even faster than my Athlon 3700+ and 1GB PC3200. All around excellent motherboard for the price and performance.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Excellent performance with this board - my build was a Sempron 3400+, This Mobo, Western Dig 80GB 7200 RPM SATA II, Wintec 1GB PC6400 dual channel + Windows XP Home. Blazing fast so far, love the new build for my office computer.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy Install, 2 IDE connections, 2 SATA 3.0gb/s. No complaints really.

Cons: My only complaint is the USB ports seems to provide power when the PC is off. Its not a bad thing, maybe I overlooked an option to turn them off.

Other Thoughts: Built for a small office server (3 PC's connecting to it) AMD X2 4000+, 1GB RAM, 160GB SATA2 HDD, DVD-RW, 430 Watt Thermaltake PSU, Maxtor One Touch 160GB back up drive.

4 out of 5 eggsdecent mobo

Pros: works, everything installed fine.

simple BIOS, this computer I built for my dad. He only needed a system for internet and email. Works fine

Cons: lay out is not so good in my situation. The position of the ATA 133, Floppy and 24 pin power connection is not in a good place.

Its just my case I put this in.

Other Thoughts: Get it, cheap and easy to set up. BIOS is easy to navigate through.

4 out of 5 eggsNo first time

Pros: Seems to be a solid board once all drivers are loaded and working

Cons: I have built over 20 computers with this board. The first time turning them on they do not post. Just the memory error beep. Then when taking the memory out and putting it into another slot it post's fine.

Other Thoughts: I am looking for reliability, a couple of these boards have caused that same memory error after being turned off for a while. I am starting to rethink my decision on using ECS for large orders. I would rather have a DOA board then one that works intermittently

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent, inexpensive AMD Solution

Pros: Onboard GeForce, good quality sound, small form factor, PCI-E for later video upgrading

Cons: only 2 DDR2 Ram slots. Only 2 SATA-II Interface sockets. Small form factor = less PCI slots. Not many bells and whistles.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Board

Pros: Very nice board for the price.
Running with 3800 X2 CPU and one Kingston DDR2 800 512K chip

Cons: I cannot get it to boot up with BOTH Kingston PC2 6400 RAM chips (512 X 2), just get immediate Beep. Will only boot up with one chip in DIMM 1 slot. I have tried tweaking DIMM voltage, speeds, bios updates etc....but no success

Other Thoughts: ECS support claims the board can handle any DDR2 RAM.....I'm not convinced.

Newegg ROCKS!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Excellent bios features, if you want to overclock. Worked first time. No stability problems with ddr2 800 or x2 3800. Good positioning of slots. Great price, 6100 has alright graphics and can play BF2 and GTA:SA. Great motherboard, i would recommend it for a fast budget pc.

Cons: None that I can think of but i'm sure there is.

Other Thoughts: Only has 2 fan connectors cpu and case.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: - Everything worked without hassle.
- Stable

Cons: - No heat sink on southbridge. I added one.

Other Thoughts: Lots of features for a low price. Its my second ECS board. I am beginning to like ECS. I wish they had live update like MSI though.
