5 out of 5 eggsHappy with the Board

Pros: Board works as advertised. Recently updated to Win 7 Pro and it runs just fine.

I bought this board almost five years ago.

Since it's discontinued now, I'm not sure how valuable this review is, but perhaps it'll give an indication of the manufacturer's performance for someone.

Cons: Tried to install Windows Server on it, but apparently network adapter not recognized by Microsoft. Wish it had more SATA ports.

Other Thoughts: Infrequently used this board for several years. Originally a test bed for Linux installation, but recently added second gig of RAM and am migrating box to be my primary.

I have to remember that the board is almost five years old now, so I can't complain about the 2 GB max RAM or the (only) two PCI slots or the (only) 1.5 Gb/s SATA speeds.

The thing just *works.* What more do you want from a motherboard?

5 out of 5 eggsNice Cheap MB

Pros: Easy install, fit the case with no problem. With a clean install of XP its running great, drivers installed with no issues, everything loaded 1st time.

Cons: Could be faster, but I knew what I was buying. Its for my children, nothing but low graphics and Webkins... haha

Other Thoughts: NewEgg Rocks... took 3 days from ordering to at my door.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Deal

Pros: This board works great. I got it to replace another 1.8Ghz board that I fried. Not a bad little unit for the money.

Cons: Haven't found any yet.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Deal

Pros: Low cost, works fine for internet surfing.

Cons: Not dual core, but I knew that when I bought it. Not as fast as my dual core machines.

Other Thoughts: Made a Net Top computer, loaded Linux Ubuntu OS, bought a case, Pwr Supply , 2 gigs Ram had an old hard drive and CD drive, the whole thing cost just under $150.
