Pros: All drivers recognized by Windows 7. Compact, full featured board. Great value.
Cons: No 1x PCI-E slots. Only 1 SATA cable included.
Other Thoughts: Have this board paired with a Sargas 140 for a peppy full featured budget machine. Price:performance it's fantastic.

Excellent Budget Board

Pros: Very easy setup, drivers on disk work well for both XP and Vista, WIN 7 drivers work well too. Ubuntu no problem either. On-board graphics excellent for all but the most demanding user. 4 SATA 2 ports, more USB ports than needed. Supports cool-n-quiet technology making it excellent for a silent system. Excellent features for the money.
Cons: None that I can think of, but I still miss the second IDE channel.
Other Thoughts: I have built at least 10 systems around this board with absolutely no problems. From the old semperons to the 6000 + Dual cores, all have worked well out of the box. Much easier to set up than the comparable MSI or Foxcon boards.

The correct driver CD would be nice

Pros: It's functional....I think
Cons: Went to install the drivers with the driver CD and got an error message informing me that none of the devices were detected by the setup program. Downloaded the ethernet driver from the Biostar website with another computer so I could connect and get the full set. Once they were installed, it appears to be working correctly, but we'll see what happens in the long run. If the customer comes back PO'ed, my rating goes to one egg instead of three.
Other Thoughts: I sent Biostar tech support an issue email about this. We'll see if they get back to me. I have held off buying Biostar boards because of some bad experiences I had with them years and years ago but decided to give them another chance and decided to try this one because of the combo price and the rebate. I'll see if it pays off or not.
