Other Thoughts: While I love Biostar, this was supposed to be a gaming motherboard upgrade, not a downgrade! Not sure if Windows just hates AMD, or if this motherboard was a terrible thing to buy. Fallout 3 hasn't stopped crashing after being force to upgrade my GPU, nuke particle physics slow games way down versus my old one! Its like having a 1.9 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo and a Geforce 7200 all over again!

Pros: Flawless, system scores 7.9 WEI. I buy BIOSTAR because they work. No issues with this board. Geforce 660 fits good, boots fast.

Great price for what you get.

Didn't have to flash, recognized CPU.

Didn't have to adjust anything.

Cons: none

Pros: Looks great and is cold as hell in there. Loving it.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Had some issues initially getting the power switch connected, and the power chord somewhat is in the way of the graphics card. Only real issue is they shipped it to the wrong house. Glad my wife got a wrong package as well otherwise I wouldn't have it.

Pros: color and price~

Cons: would not post at all~

Other Thoughts: I returned the first board just to get a second one that also wouldn't post and I'm guessing that since my Athlon II x4 640 is the most recent Athlon II that it might be a bios problem.

If not, I have no clue what's wrong with this board and I'm not getting another cpu to test it out.

Pros: The red & black color scheme looks good.

The Price.

Cons: 24 Pin Connector placement is in an odd area.

When I loaded windows everything was fine. I popped in the disk that came with it installed the MB Driver, the LAN Driver, and then tried to install the Realtek Audio Driver.

After troubleshooting for about 3 hours I came to conclusion that it had to be a defective motherboard.

Other Thoughts: Newegg asked me if I wanted a replacement or refund. I was too worried about getting another defective one so I asked for a refund.

I bought a MSI board & everything worked perfectly.

Pros: Came with all the parts in the box, worked right away.

Cons: None that I can think of....no free bacon?

Other Thoughts: Thought it was pretty funny when I pulled it out of the box, showed the wife and she got upset....she thought I bought another A770E3! Hahaha, so far I'm pretty happy with my investment, just need new memory and an SSD. My birthday is coming up soon, hmmmm.

Pros: I've built computers since the 90's. I don't buy $165+ motherboards.
I'm using an AM3 (AMD 270 3.4GHz 65W). Board also supports AM3+.
Supports 32 GB dual-channel memory (DDR3 1333/1600/1866).

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Boot up is fast - I'm using a 64GB SSD for drive C. I'm not using RAID. Win 7 Home Premium is cheaper than Professional but doesn't support RAID.

This computer is being used for Labview data-collection Arduinos. Thank-you Biostar. I like the serial-port, the floppy and the IDE connectors. This is my third Biostar. I have two A770E3's that work great. For video, I use ATI FirePro V3800's.

Pros: Fired it up with my FX-4100 without a hitch.
IDE and FDD connectors for those of us stuck with dated equipment.
Plenty of SATA connections.
Black and red motif.

Cons: In my case, I would prefer the on board sys. fan connector be nearer the top.

Other Thoughts: Wish it was SATA 6gbps but it is what it is.

Pros: Worked right out of the box with an athlon2 x3 450, and 8 Gb's of G.skill ram. Only had it for about 18 hours now, but as far as i can tell it's going to be a solid board. Not to mention the pictures just dont do the mother board justice as no pictures do. looks great.

Cons: None, other than the fact the user manual could have been interpreted to english a little better, still easy to make out so im not going to deduct an egg for that. Only 2 sata connector cables. (again no big deal).

Other Thoughts: I am a first time builder and it was rather easy for me to upgrade my older system. Great service on newegg's part.
Over all very happy with my purchase.

Pros: quick install
supports up to 32 gig of memory
plenty of sata slots
great for a basic gaming computer or work desktop

Cons: non so far

Other Thoughts: got this board for a computer im building as a xmas gift put 16 gig of ram on it with a quad core amd FX. runs smooth no over heating issues i love it and will be buying one for myself soon.
