4 out of 5 eggsAmazingly good for the price

Pros: I love it overall, it can OC stuff(My cpu's currently at 3.5GHz OC'd, originally 3.2GHZ), it has a PCIex 16 slot(which is why I bought mainly), and a at a nice price :D Rock solid MB for the price! :D

Cons: Wish it had 4 memory slots ONLY downfall.

Other Thoughts: System specs:
This Motherboard
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB
G.Skill DDR2 800 4GB(2 x 2GB)
ASUS Nvidia GT220
460W sunbeam PSU

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome board for a cheap price

Pros: Very fast and stable right out of the box. Paired it with an athlon x2 7850 BE and a Radeon HD 5570. No problem at all for Win7 to find the right drivers (just boot into safe mode the first time). Great oc'ing too!!! Running my cpu at 3.2GHz with a vcore of 1.425v.

Cons: Came with the sb700 instead of the 710. Will get another asrock board with the 710 southbridge.

Other Thoughts: Don't get GEIL black dragon ddr2 1066 with this board. it will not run at 1066 but at 800. Switched to 4gb Corsair and it worked fine. FSB needs a little tweaking in the BIOS to make it run at 2600MHz. Might not be with a Phenom CPU.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little board

Pros: Worked as advertised. Paired with a 3.0ghz Regor and it's fast. Very Responsive on Windows 7 Ultimate. as the guy below had said, its install and forget. Bios has a well laid menu and easy to understand.

Cons: For the advertised specs, there's really nothing to complain. used as an HTPC and it served its purpose.

Other Thoughts: First time I bought ASRock as I used Biostar and Asus before. I decided to try this board for an HTPC build and so far I'm happy about this buy. I may well use AsRock again my in future build. Looks like there's one less customer for Biostar and Asus now.

5 out of 5 eggsTon of features for a low, low price

Pros: This board has a lot of features and very flexible. I bought this board for a budget build where the system could easily be upgraded. This baord supports anything from an AMD 64bit single core processor up to a 6 core Phenom II! Now that's flexibility! Onboard video is decent and you can allocate up to 512MB in system ram to video.

Cons: I was a bit excited about the crossfire support at first but it seems that the cards that are supported are very few. The cards which are supported for Crossfire with this GPU are pretty low spec so it would make more sense to buy a halfway decent card and use as a standalone for budget gaming.

Other Thoughts: Buy a standalone video card.
This mobo was the bet bang for your buck option I could find and I did some searching. I actually found a mobo cpu combo that I purchased after buying this mobo and I took the CPU but stuck with this board.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Little ASROCK

Pros: Stable, Affordable, Great Memory Compatibility, Sound isn't bad out of the box, no driver issues that I have been able to identify. Over Clocking, Energy Saver, and BIOS utilities all work well. Outstanding CPU compatibility.

Cons: Only 2 RAM Slots.. No USB 3.. No SATA 3.. Instant Boot utility is glitchy when booting from a multiple partitions. I decided to go without it for stability reasons.

Other Thoughts: It would be nice to have DDR3 RAM support, and more RAM slots. SATA 3, and USB 3, would be a sweet component to this package, but it's an older chipset and it's cheap so I can't complain. Goal: building a cheap GIS server, with a Deneb it performs well.

5 out of 5 eggsPurchased Open box

Pros: 1. SB 710 chipset for ACC (core unlocking)
2. six core CPU compatible*
3. decent IGP for casual gaming
4. Allows for overclocking of the IGP for better gaming performance.
5. BIOS undervolting and overvolting supported
6. Will POST with a CPU rated above 95 watt TDP
7. Supports Hybrid crossfire (if you really think an HD 3450 in CF is an 'upgrade'"

Cons: 1.The 760G IGP is clocked slower than the 780G/V chipsets and lacks UVD for blueray decoding, so it is not good for HTPC use. It also lacks the hardware acceleration for flash video as only the 785G and later 8xx series IGPs (HD4xxx series) support UVD2, making this IGP only good for casual gaming.
2. 95 watt max TDP for CPUs generally limits you to the Athlon series as most of the Phenom series is 125 watt.
3. Only VGA output (DVI would be very nice to have).
4. Only 2 ram slots
5. No fan speed control for chassis fan connector (only PWM control for the CPU fan is supported)

This is all really just nitpicking. Anyone doing his homework should be aware of these limitations before purchasing this motherboard.

Other Thoughts: *Six core CPU compatibility is a pipe dream unless using a low voltage 6 core CPU, as all others have a TDP of 125 watt or better. Nonetheless, I am using this board with an open box Phenom II 940 (also has a 125 watt TDP), but I am undervolting and underclocking the quadcore to 2.4GHz/1.1 volts to stay within the recommended power envelope.
A special thanks to the prior owners of my cpu, graphics card, and motherboard, for returning perfectly good working items, allowing me to buy them all open box and save enough money that this motherboard was essentially free. There is simply too much PEBKAC in computer building, and I am the better for it. Thank you all.

5 out of 5 eggsexcellent value

Pros: Very low price for all included features. Bought this to replace a biostar n68s+. I am extremely satisfied. Will buy Asrock again in the future.

Cons: I do wish it had more on-board fan connectors, but it isn't much of an issue.

Other Thoughts: My first newegg purchase. Ordered Tues. night - arrived Friday. Very good packaging.

5 out of 5 eggsPrice/Performance Champ

Pros: Purchased this board to replace an always flaky Asus board. My DDR 1066 would never run at the rated speed on Asus even after 13 bios updates. This AsRock was set and forget.Overclocking menu is loaded and you can actually understand the menus.I can't wait to finally get a stable oc on my 940 phenom ,The Asus board was unstable even at 3.3 Ghz.If i didnt have a ati 5770 i would be more than happly using a 25 buck hybird crossfire set up on the AsRock board.ACC on the board also.Unless you are into running 2 highend crossfire cards then this board is the sweetspot for am2/am3

Cons: the only con for my build was that the chipset heatsink leaves little room for my huge aftermarket cpu cooler

Other Thoughts: with ht3,acc,hybird crossfire,125 watt cpu support, unlimited and understandable overclocking options ...for the price even free ship..this is an absolute steal.I would rate 10 stars
