Pros: None, didn't work.

Cons: Board arrived DOA. I had to RMA it, and send it back to Newegg. Now I have to wait about two weeks for another board to arrive. Hopefully the second board actually works. Not happy so far.

Other Thoughts: I'll up date this review if I can get the second board to work.

For the future reference, pre-trouble shooting can be done by below steps with known good components;
Remove the mainboard from inside computer to outside. Place the mainboard on top of the empty mainboard’s box
Clear the CMOS
Reseat the CPU and heatsink fan as well
Test with 1 memory module (non-ECC, un-buffered).
Using onboard Video (CPU with iGPU supported or test with VGA card)
Power supply with connecting 24 pins + 8 or 4 pins ATX power to the mainboard
Plug the computer case’s power switch to mainboard's front panel power header and try again

Pros: Nice graphics performance for an onboard adapter.

Cons: Abnormally high power requirements. Usually a 400 Watt PS suffices, but this needed a 450 for some reason. Larger footprint than similar MBs. Also very sensitive to memory insertion problems. Improper insertion fried the MB, and I had to buy another one because already had the CPU chip.

Pros: Small, hdmi, ddr3 etc etc etc...
(windows experience for graphics on this mobo is a 5.1 for desktop and 5.8 for gaming, so not bad at all for integrated video) def worth the 50$

Cons: only con is it doesnt have 3.0.....

Pros: easy setup, doesn't take up a bunch of space.

Cons: bought 1866 ram and board kept putting it at 1066

Other Thoughts: didn't know alot about fm1's was really worried about buying them but after purchasing it glad i made the investment

Pros: Works well, no issues or problems. Supports my RAM/CPU with no complications, Good price for features.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Great basic motherboard for basic computing. Currently running AMD A6-3650 with no issues or problems.

Pros: Decent board at a decent price

Cons: First one was DOA. Blue screens throughout the OS installation and finally would not post.

Pros: Good layout. Plenty of space between socket and memory. I was able to add Cooler Master heatsink. Plenty of fan pwr connectors. Absolutely great bios; I truly love that bios.

Cons: None that I can think of. I did have a scare at the start with video, but flawless since.

Other Thoughts: I have been a AsRock fan for some time now. I have not been disappointed.

Pros: HDMI.

Cons: Board was DOA.

Other Thoughts: Building a PC for my girlfriend's brother, and this board came DOA. Made me look dumb because the build wouldn't post. Will not buy ASRock again. By the way, ASRock, Please do not reply with the generic "PLEASE CONTACT US TO GET RMA" paragraph.

Place the mainboard on empty mainboard box, clear the CMOS, reseat the CPU with heatsink fan as well, inserts 1 memory module, Onboard Video, power supply with connecting 24 pins + 8 or 4 pins ATX power to the mainboard, plug the computer case’s power switch to mainboard's front panel header and try again. Pros: hdmi, can handle 16gigs of ram, adjustable fan speeds

Cons: sata 3g/s. i prefer 6 for myself, but the end user won't tell the difference.

Other Thoughts: can't beat the price for the features available. i saw one reviewer complained about no DVI? it says in the specs d-sub and hdmi. no issues here!
