Pros: Tons of Features, Great Price, Build quality is excellent.
Cons: Onboard Video is pretty bad. I am using an Intel i4770K Haswell, with Windows 7 64 bit. Ity would not run Aero and was very sluggish. This is not ASRocks fault, it is Intels. Intel needs major work on the video portion of their CPU's.
Other Thoughts: Great Motherboard!!!! This board does it all at a great price!! I build lots of computers for people and have changed to ASRock boards over the years. I have had a couple of DOA boards, but compared to how many I have built... I will stay with ASRock. I have had DOA boards from all the large manufacturers. The current ASRock company reminds me of what Asus used to be. For my own build I chose the ASRock Z87 Extreme4/TB4 . I am using an Intel i74770K CPU with 32GB of G.Skill Trident X Series DDR3-2400. The board powered up and worked perfectly from the start. A few very minor and quick changes in the bios and my memory was running at top speed. Once updating all the boards drivers and the boards latest bios, it has run perfectly and very fast. I love that the board has dual bios chips. You can run two different bios versions or easily roll back to an older one, or if the bios update fails you can still boot and use the computer. Other than getting a DOA motherboard, the most common problem I have come across is killing a motherboard while updating to a new bios. My worst experiences have been with Asus. I have had to solder many new surface mount bios chips onto Asus boards to bring them back to life. I must add that on another recent ASRock build, the bios update failed. I called ASRock and the Tech Support was great. Within a few days I received a replacement bios chip and plugged it in. That was only the second time I called ASRock for support, but each tme they were very helpful. I have pretty much tested each feature of this board and everything seems to be working perfectly. The only thing I have not tested yet are the Thunderbolt connections. The UEFI bios is great and was pretty easy to overclock the cpu. As with all motherboards I have installed, The manual is never descriptive enough about each setting in the bios. If I come across a setting that I am not very familiar with, I search the internet before making a decision on the setting. I would consider this an enthusiast board and highly recommend it.

Pros: - fast boot options for people who want to boot quickly and for those who don't
Cons: - Just nit picking here sorry but the BIOS labeling and categorization needs some work, some of the stuff just doesn't make much sense lol. Not an issue for anyone with a bit on knowledge though.
Other Thoughts: I've already did some light OCing with my haswell i7 and it's rock solid so far. I'm getting 2 290x's for crossfire goodness soon!
